    I have been a customer of Barron's Major Brands for about 30 years now. I go back again and again because they always offer very competitive prices and their customer service is wonderful. I recently worked with Amanda on a rather large order and she was very helpful and worked to offer me the best possible pricing. Chrissy also helped on this order and was likewise wonderful to work with. Once ordered, the items were delivered quickly and the delivery team was polite, helpful and worked around some tricky spots to get things in without marring walls or furniture. The whole experience was exceptional.

    Mike, We have not met, but it is my understanding that Scott Smalley is part of your organization. We purchased a large assortment of Thermador appliances and a Maytag washer and dryer from Barons in Ossipee about 18 months ago. Most of the items have been trouble free with the exception of the stove. About four months after the installation, the stove started acting up by shutting down and issuing error messages. Craig from your service organization who is very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the appliances explained what he was doing each time he came out. After several visits and replacement of a number of parts, the service team recommended that the stove be replaced. Bosch/Thermador balked and directed them to replace the entire wiring harness. This was a two man job that took better than half a day. For a number of months this seemed to solve the problem, but then we got infamous “COM” issue again. Scott communicated with Bosch and this time he was successful in getting a replacement. It is installed and hopefully the problem will be permanently solved. I just want to acknowledge both Scott and Craig for their efforts and follow through so that the issue was properly addressed. The communications were clear and timely and we always felt that they were on our side to make things right. They are credit to your organization Stu Needleman
